Independent Survey Shows Female Franchise Owners Are Highly Satisfied with Drama Kids Performance
Franchise Business Review, a national franchise market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction, provides the only rankings of franchises based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance. Franchise Business Review publishes its rankings of top franchises in its annual Guide to Todays Top Franchises, as well as in special reports throughout the year that rank the top franchises in specific sectors.
Drama Kids was among 300 franchise brands, representing over 6,400 female franchise owners, that participated in Franchise Business Reviews research. Drama Kids franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including leadership, training & support, financial opportunity, core values (e.g., honesty and integrity of franchisor), and work/life balance. An additional 16 questions asked franchisees about their market area, demographics, business lifestyle, overall enjoyment running their franchise, and role in the franchisee community.
The survey data showed the following:
Drama Kids was one of only 4 childrens developmental/enrichment and tutoring franchises in the Childrens Services category to make the list. The companys overall satisfaction score exceeded the average score for all franchise brands surveyed, as well as the average score for all Childrens Services franchises. Ranking categories where Drama Kids scores exceeded the overall and Childrens Services averages include Franchise System, Leadership, Core Values, Franchisee Community, Financial Opportunity and General Satisfaction.

The franchise industry provides many options to women seeking business ownership on a full- or part-time basis in multiple sectors, says Michelle Rowan, President of Franchise Business Review. The number of franchise opportunities can be overwhelming, so its critical to examine feedback from other female franchise owners on how well the franchise meets their expectations in terms of support, work/life balance, financial opportunity, and other key areas of business ownership.
