Science-Based Sleep Tips To Make Your More Productive
I’m a workaholic. I always have been.
It’s a trait I inherited from my entrepreneurial father who was an early pioneer in the complex field of electrical engineering.
While working crazy hours have made me a lot of money over the years, it has also created a myriad of problems and challenges in my life. Including:
- Strained relationships
- Struggles with perfectionism which believe it or not, is a serious problem that interferes with productivity
- Mental health issues such as stress, anxiety, and even panic attacks
- And of course the biggest problem that powers many of the other ones… insomnia
Even to this day I continue to struggle with insomnia on a near-daily basis. I set a goal to really try to tackle this problem in 2017.
